I was just about to buy tickets to see Jarvis Cocker play Manchester University when I realised it's the same night, 30 November, as Leonard's gig at the arena.

With it being Leonard's last night of the tour we may have a surprise in store.

I've heard that Peter Kay will join Len for "Hallelujah Shabba" their new charity record.

I think not. Whilst I know Jarvis is a huge LC fan and attended at least two of the Opera House gigs, given Jarvis's comments about LC's band in recent magazine interviews, I don't he'd be safe getting on stage at an LC gig - certainly not within punching distance of Dino or Roscoe!

If Jarvis did say that its a bit harsh methinks. Often these quotes are taken out of context in magazine articles. I would imagine ther were plenty of positive comments that were not reported...............but then im biased. I attended the first night at Manchester and it was a truly sublime experience !........but then im a fan, not a musician ! Roll on Berlin on Oct 4th.
