I find that the above phrase by Greek journalist Despina Trivoli
summarizes succinctly my feelings about the 2016 Nobel Prize in Literature.
Although I recognize that Dylan's cultural impact
is greater than Cohen's.
He is Pablo Picasso while Leonard is Henry Matisse.
But then again I always prefered Matisse to Picasso.

It had to the Bobster over anybody but I'd have no qualms with Leonard winning the award at some later date although to be honest, can't see it being in his lifetime. I doubt they'll return to songwriters for a while.

they could confute expectations and award it next year to leonard as POET, writer and songwriter.
