Norwegian national broadcaster, NRK, will start a radio documentary on Leonard Cohen on July 19th. The documentary consists of ten programmes each lasting 30 minutes. All programmes will be sent every Saturday at P2 at 15:03 Norwegian Summer Time.
The documentary will be hosted by Håvard Rem. Rem is well know for his translations of a lot of Cohens poetry into Norwegian. Many Norwegian artists will participate in the programme, telling about their relationship with Cohen and his music. The guests are among others Kari Bremnes, Sivert Høyem and Lars Lillo Stenberg. Marianne Ihlen will also appear in the documentary.
