Christine! How nice to see you. I wish you were coming. Damellon didn't say anything about blowing up beds. I don't think we need beds to actually explode, do we  ? Can you not get a last minute flight? Google for it. Please. Go on. Go on.

Good luck with your search for a fine escort, Tinderella! This weekend shall be replete with intrigue 8) .
uisce beatha....
Nice of you to get the first round in, Marcie. Mine's a double, easy on the coke. Mmmm. Go raibh maith agat.

See you all soon! Looking forward very much.

Margaret, while I'm here, has Damellon yet plucked up the courage to mention that you and T are in charge of the blow-up beds? As in the actual blowing bit? No? Well, I'm sure she'll get round to it soon. Perhaps as she and Diane are scooting off to the first concert without you both.
Oh my goodness  I'm a bit out of practice for that. I'll have to hunt for the appliance

It's probably a good idea to stick with the Brazen Head, just for simplicity.
Last orders (I'm told) are Friday 00.30, Saturday 00.30, Sunday 23.00.

How many sleeps left D? One? And you have the first concert with a support act, something else to talk about.
Have a wonderful time. :D I'm feeling a bit jaded now and want to share your excitement.

Oh Diane, I wish I wish I could. I can't think of anywhere I'd rather be this weekend. In the meanwhile, BM, we're back as we were - one step ahead and one step behind.

Margaret, don't worry. Tim's assured me he's bringing his little bag of tricks which will surely include the utensil needed for your blow up duties. I know it's been a while but just breathe deeply and try not to overfill them. I hate to think of you two whizzing around the room trying to catch them. And besides, you might knock Damellon off her stepstool as she's fitting the roof lights to the kitchen.

And MFL, try to remember to tuck your wings in when entering the Brazen Head. This really isn't the time to be breaking one. And just how will you swoop onto the stage for the Hallelujah chorus then?

Right, I gotta love and leave you all. I'm off to see the re-formed Sweet again this weekend. So while you're all listening in awed silence to Lenny, I'll be singing a rousing chorus of Little Willy.

Em Maybe someone should have given Damellon this advice...

Hey Tiggs, you have your seat already for saturday doncha? Thanks for the offer of escorting this old woman, really nice of you, but I cannot expect you to give up a seat near the front to sit with me about 40 rows back! Thanks anyway and if I do go on the sat, I would love to share your 1983 red, if you get it past the gate ;-)
