The Poetry of Leonard

Post by George.Wright »

It's the rich and rhyming imagary of Leonard
captured from his poetry and books
that sledgehammer us into awe and wonder
and with a haunting musical arrangement
capture and feed our souls

:o For me its the brilliance of capturing dark sides of life and turning them into positive moments of epiphany. Very few writers could ever do it. LC was the first, along with Jim Morrison, since then, only Glenn Danzig comes to mind.

The dark side made into golden light

Almost like a parable, there is humour in the dark and more illumination in the light as a consequence.
