I am new to Cohen's work. but eagerly learning... I have heard of one piece he did many years ago involving. oral sex, sacraments, and crucifixes... but I can not seem to find any information on it...does anyone know of this work? its title or which volume I might find it in?

When You Kneel Below Me seems (quite obviously) to be about oral sex. It's from Spice-Box of Earth, I believe
