They are brilliant photos!! I was wondering what the view from the flat seating would be like! I'm in row E for the Michael Jackson tribute Thriller live! Seeing your pics I can't wait now!

Re: CONCERT REPORT: Belfast, July 26
Glad to hear a good time was had by all. I must say I'm a little saddened that Len has left our little island for pastures new. I really hope he gets to return soon. Even 5 days later & a U2 concert later I still get a warm feeling when I think of Thursday nights gig

Re: CONCERT REPORTS: Dublin, July 19, 20, 22, 23
Excellent review, Musicmania. I hope you won't find it churlish if I make one correction. The song which Sharon sung solo was Boogie Street, not Everybody Knows - though you're right, she did co-write that song. Not churlish at all. I confess I was a little confused here as I was convinced I heard ...

Re: New leonardcohenforum.com group on Facebook
Thanks! Yeah it was amazing. I've just added photos from fridays gig to the facebook forum. I was lucky to get lots of good ones. For some reason though the pics added backwards. The one with the Irish Flag colors is at the start of the gig, not end!!!. Check out his expression on one from So Long, ...

Re: A Broken Hallelujah
I know. I was there & it was amazing. He came alive during that song & I feel so privileged to have been there. I wish some one had recorded So long Marianne last night too as that was also a mind blowing performance. There is a video on you tube of one of the other nights but having been th...

Re: MICHAEL JACKSON IS DEAD
Yeah I'm not going to watch that documentary. He is annoying!!! He was on Sky news within a few minutes of Michael dying & irritates me. I was devastated when Michael died. As a teenager I idolised him. They are going a bit mad with tribute shows here in Ireland though. Me & some friends had...

Re: A Broken Hallelujah
I never ever tire of Leonard singing this or Jeff Buckley but I draw the line at anyone else. I'm not a fan of covers in general anyway as most are an insult to the original & I'd gladly never hear a cover version of any song ever again!!!

Re: Whats your favourite Leonard Cohen's song?
Hallelujah is simply one of the best songs ever written & it has to top my list. So long, Marianne would be second. It has one of the most beautiful melodies I've ever heard & was absolutely amazing live last night at the O2 in Dublin.

Re: CONCERT REPORTS: Dublin, July 19, 20, 22, 23
I was at the gig last night. Here is the review I wrote about it. Thursday 23 July 2009 had finally arrived. I had waited with much impatience & anticipation for Leonard Cohen's concert at the O2 Dublin. I wasn't disappointed. At exactly 8PM Leonard & his band including The Webb Sisters &...
