Oh please- I don't get much chance for that sort of thing nowadays- got to make the most of the opportunity. ;-)

Wonderful photos everyone- I'm glad some of you were a bit better at getting out the camera than I was.

Well I did take my camera, but didn't seem to take many photos for some reason, so it's great to see everybody else's, especially now the weather is grey and cold.

Ken, you and I obviously saw the same sunset

Re: Just when I climbed this whole mountainside... (Wales 2009)

Thanks once again, Diane and Tim for organising such a great weekend. I love the way you even had the weather organised to switch back to cloudy and cold on the day we had to leave.
It was a great weekend, and has even inspired me to sign up for Krakow.

See you there!

 No it's Judith- not quite as glamorous as Mylitta, but with an equally bloodthirsty story.
So it sounds like as long as we bring a bucket and a waterproof each, we''l be fine at the Marwyn!

I've booked at Marwyn, no need to worry about missing tiles, there's another floor above me. So who's got the room with the four poster, then?

Re: Leonard Cohen Walking Weekend, or Isn't It A Long Way Down?

Well my dearly beloved gets a funny look on his face whenever I mention Leonard Cohen walking weekend ( can't think why), so looks like I will be joining the singles- and the non walkers. Hope there are some rooms left when I've got the okay for the dates from work. Actually, he's not the only one w...

Re: Philip Glass/Book of Longing Meetup in London 20/10/07

Thanks for the hotel info- looks like I shall be staying at the Travelodge also. I thought i could travel up and down in a day- but no: the trains stop running back to my home at 9.30. :? And they wonder why we don't use public transport.

I'd be interested in something in the day time of the 20th- have booked a ticket for the concert, and it would be good to meet a few others beforehand. I'll probably be travelling by train, so somewhere central would be best
