Thanks for putting these here Jordan, they were a pleasure to watch and listen to. When I hear cohen talking like this I am amazed that there are still a lot of people out there who continue to describe him as miserable and depressing, I just don't get it, or maybe its them who don't get it. I looked at both links and really enjoyed them, the mention that Irving Layton once said of Cohen that hje was " A narcissist who hates himself" cracked me up I laughed out loud and was still laughing 5 minutes later. All in all two very good links, also very insightful. Thanks for bringing it here....

I have read a couple of books which have mentioned LC, one was a carole shields book ( I think). Rob sad old git or not :) thanks for posting I haven't read any Doyle for a long time and wasn't aware of this one so I can get hold of it at my library, they haven't failed me yet.

I agree it's horrendous. BTW On the Toronto 2006 vid Just as leonard is about to introduce anjanee He states that this is her first public performance, surely this can't be right? Didn't she accompany him on tour many years ago?
