Re: Dino Soldo not in the tour band

Maybe someone will enjoy the new Dino Soldo's album while he isn't in the tour band. http://dinosoldo.bandcamp.com/ Dino sings about being "stabbed in the back" and being hurt, not good: http://dinosoldo.bandcamp.com/track/arrows Lyrics to the remaining songs aren't happy either. What a sad end... ...

Dear Mr. Leonard Cohen,
I wish you a very happy and calm birthday this day. Thank you for 'being' and doing what you do: sharing so much of yourself with us all through your music and lyrics.

Re: Lines that get you every time

'The sands of time were falling from your fingers and your thumb' Waiting for the Miracle. (The whole song is beautiful, but these lines really bring the waiting home for me; the sands just seem to fall and fall and fall, there is just no way of holding on to time. If I could it would have been dur...

Re: CONCERT REPORTS: Dublin Sept 11, 12, 14 & 15, 2012

Another great show in Dublin tonight - the best of the four IMHO (or maybe it was just the show where I was least bothered by drunks, talkers and screaming banshees ....) Going Home snuck back in to the setlist and we enjoyed the tour debut of Anyhow, complete with new lyrics (but not the new words...

Re: CONCERT REPORTS: Amsterdam, Aug 21 & 22

Thank very very much you for posting the setlist and video's so quick. " First we take Manhattan": yes absolutely priceless. This was an extremely funny, unprecidented and also moving ending to a Leonard Cohen concert. It was a wonderful wonderful evening with some of my very favorite songs such as ...

You shouldn't listen to LC because

-no other singer will ever live up.
-no other voice will be touch you as much ever again.
