Re: Weybridge - tickets won't arrive until week before gig

My tickets arrived in today's post!

The tickets and the enclosed leaflet state Gates 4pm Show starts 5.45pm. I had previously been told Leonard would be on stage at 7.30 so presumably Suzanne will play for an hour or so.

Re: Weybridge, July 11 - on general sale

To answer my own and Hydriot's questions about the starting time, I have just phoned MBW and the concert is planned to start at 7.30pm with the doors opening at 4pm.

Hope this helps.

Re: Venice, August 3 - on sale from May 6

Thanks so much, Relate - I phoned the bank and they had indeed blocked the transaction for suspected fraud - they obviously weren't LC fans and couldn't believe anyone would pay so much to see him! Anyway, I now have two tickets in fifth row: A4 XX 47 & 48! Right in front of the sublime Webb Sisters...

Thanks Maureen. I had emailed, but to a slightly different address, with no reply. I have now tried again to the address you suggested. Fingers crossed!

Re: Venice, August 3 - on sale from May 6

Does anyone know how I can successfully purchase tickets? I have registered with TicketOne, gone through the process of securing two good seats but all three of my credit/debit cards always get refused (they are always accepted elsewhere). I live in England. Getting desperate! Thanks for any help or...

Re: Weybridge, July 11 - on general sale

Does anyone know the correct starting time of the concert? Ticketmaster says 18:00 but Seetickets says 19:00 for 19:30.

My thanks to anyone who knows the answer.

Re: "do you" vs "do ya"

Sorry, I'm not DrHGuy, but I agree with your rock and roll analogy. Also,', do you, rhymes. Do ya, doesn't. I think he's kind of eased his way out of the rock talk, don't ya think? But what does "Do you" rhyme with? Surely it was written specifically so that "Do ya" rhymes with Hallelujah. It's not...

Re: WEYBRIDGE MEET-UP 11 JULY

Regarding the starting time, seetickets states this to be 19:30 and ticketmaster 18:00. Can anyone (jarkko?) confirm which is correct?

Thanks Jarkko

I've just looked at ticketmaster and it is quoting 1800 as the start time.

All the best

Re: Weybridge

Hi Jarkko, thanks for looking after us so well.

Do you yet know the starting time of the concert on 11 July or even whether it is afternoon or evening?

Thanks
Phil

Re: London RAH, 17-18 November 2008

Yes, I was pleased not to get "lost in that hopeless little screen"! sirp 2000 - Congratulations on not bringing a camera to Brighton. The absence of the detestable little glaring screens was was one of the great bonuses of that particular show. I heard they helped to spoil the Albert Hall experienc...

Paddieu, here's one I took of him skipping on at the beginning of So Long Marianne at the RAH 18 November. Enjoy!

Re: London RAH, 17-18 November 2008

if you filmed any of the brighton gig, can you pleeeeeease post it on youtube? :-) Sorry, scorp, but for Brighton, my last concert, I decided to attend without the camera as I wanted to absorb the whole experience in my heart and soul without the distraction of pushing buttons. It was wonderful, bu...
