I'm one of the unlucky folk who were fully paid up for the now cancelled Cambodian concert. My wife and I are trying hard to get to Perth - we're in Singapore - and put together another set of flights, hotels, visas, time of work etc. I'm almost there, but the only concert tickets I can find online ...

Gary, I know how it feels. I'm in the same situation as you - flights booked from Singapore, hotels booked, time taken off work, my son joining us from Hong Kong with his flight also booked. Everyone said we were crazy to fly to another country just to see a concert - and now it seems they were righ...

With supreme irony, my tickets for the concert arrived last night in the post. Then this morning - the news. Talk about contrasting emotions! It is just all very disappointing. Like others,it is now probably too late to get to Australia ( we're in Singapore ), and the USA may not be possible either....

I'll be going from Singapore, together with my wife, and my son will join us from Hong Kong. We're splashing out, so we got a good rate at the Intercontinental which I'm told is reasonably close to the concert venue. Looking forward to a great weekend.

The CD/DVD came with a Fortune Teller Miracle Fish! I have just arrived home from work after collecting my copy from the local JB HI-FI store and there is no 'fish' contained within. :( Maybe they think Australia, Queensland has too many fish as it is or I don't need to have my fortune told. :razz:...
