I don't understand how someone could be told on the phone that seats are sold out at 10:02 and then someone gets one online at 10:27 and gets a ticket. Meanwhile some of us are here with dual screens and on the phone with nothing. Does anyone understand this process?

Here's the kicker....I had two machines going....a direct link from the Amex with the ad for the presale, and the direct site on ticketmaster with the promotion....ready and refreshing the machines every second and still couldn't get tickets....this is sooo beyond ridiculous....I have never been abl...

How did you get AMEX presale? I have been on Amex/tickmaster link for 15 minutes and it doesn't show any listing for Radio City...all the others though...what am I doing wrong? I couldn't get Beacon theater either....

Ticketmaster is a company base out of California...so the New York laws wouldn't apply...or is online transactions in a nether zone?

Hi all, I have reported Ticketmaster to the Better Business Bureau...I am a New Yorker so don't quite understand how scalping can be legal. They should be reported anyway. A lot of these tickets went to the brokers BEFORE they were sold old. If it's legal the law needs to be changed. There are many ...
