It is working now but all I get is row Z which is not quite what I was hoping for...

I have no idea but am hoping this is just some error in their system. There is hardly anyone online here so the demand for the presale does not seem to be that high. I was on their site within seconds they put it to working mode and all that was offered was row z. So either they will fix the problem or we can take our chance in the general sale on Friday.

I have sent AEG a request to check the ticket allocation with the French seller.
If the ticket allocation does not get any better, it will be best to wait until Friday.

The best seats are on sale for the fan club and will be in the Gold Circle so no they will not find better tickets at the general on sale.

Thanks Jarkko. It is always row Z, no matter how many tickets I ask for. I suppose rows A - Y have gone within the first 20 seconds of the presale although hardly anyone was online. A bit unlikely but well, so it is. Nobody's fault. I will give the general sale a try anyway then. And once again - thank you for all you do!

We had only a few members logged-in at 10 am CEST. It's impossible that so many tickets had been sold to members (the link is visible only to those members who are logged-in).
I guess this remains a mystery until the general on-sale.

It may be worth e-mailing the local promoter: info@gdp.fr to ask them if the front rows are in the presale (and, if so, how you can get them!) Topbillet is one of their ticket sites. I have always found them to be very helpful in the past and they usually reply fairly quickly. You can e-mail them in English no problem.

Toulon is not an option for me as we will be travelling back from Verona on Sept 26 (flights booked to tie in with the original Verona date).
