I feel the same way. Leonard Cohen and John Prine are by far my two most favourite songwriters, and have been so for many years. They are the only musical artists that have motivated me to travel simply to hear them play live in concert. In our house, their music plays so often that even my kids seem to know all their songs forwards and backwards. Anyway, I think it will be quite extraordinary to have John Prine singing the songs of Leonard Cohen at next month's gala concert at Massey Hall.
