I have to say that I loved the cartwheels (can anyone remind me what song they were featured in?).

Hi John

The Future ("white girls dancing").

At least, so it was at Glasgow earlier in the month.

Glad you (all) so enjoyed the RAH shows.

All best,

John,

They were the "white girls dancing".

Then again, I'm not sure cartwheels are classed as "dancing".
I must try it in a nightclub, see how many teeth I knock out inadvertently with my heels.

Thanks,
It was the best I could manage with my tiny camera. I had great seats, with thanks to Jarkko's link. I was there both nights and I think Tuesday just edged ahead of Monday. I was glad to hear The partisan, I love this arrangement. I thought things were a bit subdued (on stage, that is) on Monday, although as previous posters have mentioned he is not introducing the band as much as those two unforgettable nights he played for me in Dublin and 10,000 people listened in. Now if he had just played Avalanche. Oh well, its a very minor complaint. I never thought I would ever get to see him sing, not to mind being lucky enough to do so 4 times.

No, Gregor, I don't think so! It is just so not a certain image of what LC style should be like, according to some people, but I don't necessarily agree: I liked the cartwheels, they lighten up the atmosphere, especially when Leonard later introduces the Webb sisters and specifically points out the "acrobatics"... ;-)

Hi astranger,

The Webb Sisters did one quick, effortless flip during "The Future". It gave a nice little added flourish to the show.

All good things, John E
