Please help on Leonard Cohen Research Project!

Hey Guys,
Awesome site! I am a long time fan of Cohen's since I was a little kid...raised on his work! I am looking for something very specific...the tribute words written about Leonard Cohen that were published inside the cover of the Tower of Song tribute album. I think it's written by Tom Robbins and it is called The man in the tower. A Really beautiful text.
