Opening an account online with the Straz Center first really helps. They take the credit card on the phone affter the account is open. Spoke with the ticket person "Roxanne! Richard

Thank you for the code!! Already have an account at the Straz as we spend a lot of time there (including the last time LC came through)... process was so easy (except for the paying part... ouch!!) Definitely can't afford the pricey seats but we will be good in the front of the balcony! Still a step up from last time when we were front of Gallery (altho this time costs 4x as much)

Had to call in to get my credit card accepted. They were able to have me release the seat in my cart and I will be in BB 7.

TOTALLY BIZARRE ~~~ but DONE!!!

Had to create an account.
Did that.
Then, tried to purchase.
It AUTO-filled my email address, which I need to confirm ABOVE where it auto-filled it.
It AUTO-filled my password, too ~~ which was much longer than the one I provided.
It failed!
Tried again.
It AUTO-filled the same TOO long password.
So, I deleted that... and entered the one I'd created.
It failed!
So, I clicked on Forgot Password... and entered my email address.
It failed!
It said it didn't recognize my email address!

So, I tried to get to where I could create a NEW account using another email address!
Could NOT get to anywhere to do that!
It kept flipping me to my original email and continued Fails!

So, I called the venue and she took my order over the phone, utilizing the password I gave her!
The seat I wanted... by the time she got my info was already being held by someone looking at it online...

BUT ~ the GREAT NEWS ~ I got the seat two seats over further to the right from the one I wanted.

It's DONE!!!
I'm in Row FF ~ the 6th Row... to the right of Center by 4 seats ~ SUITS me FINE!!!


Now, I need to get ready and leave for an appt. an hour away. Should be walking out the door right now!!!!
