1st concert was smooth, took minutes, Pit row 1.
now, they seem to only be selling only rows PIT 2 and 3 which are flat and I can't see
nothing else and it is 45 minutes now
hoping for an orch seat which are raised, but not offering

How far back do you have to go for raised seating? If you select the second price category, Orchestra D seat 111 comes up.

I'm trying to get tickets for the 16th in Boston...regular tickets, but I can't get connected with the box office even with the password. Pop-ups seem to be blocked on my computer and I don't know how to enable them, so I'm stuck!!! Any suggestions?

I've been trying since 10 AM!

What type of browser are you using honey604? if it's Internet Explorer, you should have a "click here" bar at the top of the screen to get the blocker off. If you're using Chrome, look for the little box with a red cross in it to the right of the menu bar (where the bookmarks star is) and click on that.

Sorry, I don't know about any other types of browser but it's worth just googling "XXXX how do I turn the pop up blocker off"!

I am using Google chrome.
hit the little gear icon on the upper right
go to settings
somewhere there is pop up, enable

if you are on a different browser, do a google search for your browser "enable pop ups"

Finally got a good sightline (for me) seat for Austin2.
Whew. This was much tougher than for the first Austin concert.
But it was well worth the hour's work.

Problem solved!!! I have solved the pop-up block problem on Firefox (thanks for the suggestions) and was able to go on to the site. I got 2 good mezzanine seats (all my budget will allow). Actually the visibility is great from the mezzanine, so I'm very happy!

Looking forward to December 16th!!!!!

It's been a stressful afternoon (morning) - seems the Wang ticketing system is rather flaky to put it mildly - but that shouldn't detract from the sterling efforts Jarkko, Marie & their contacts at AEG put in to make these seats available to us to buy. Perhaps you have unlocked another mystery akin to the Rosetta Stone.
Wait until the last minute of a pre-sale in case unsold VIP seats are put back into the general mix.

I debated the idea of going to see Leonard on this tour. I know, you're thinking "ARE YOU NUTS?!" Well, I was lucky enough to see him twice on his last world tour. Once in Waterbury, CT and then I flew out to catch the very last show of his tour in Las Vegas, NV. I live in Massachusetts. Yesterday I decided that I definitely need to see Leonard perform again. So, I went ahead and grabbed a single ticket. Unfortunately, I am now single so I will be going to the show alone. That's okay. When the first notes start playing, it's just me, Leonard & Crew as far as I'm concerned. I'll be in Boston for the December 15th show. In fact, my ticket is for:

So, if anyone from the forum is sitting in Right Center Orchestra, Row W, Seat #1 or Seat #3...I will be the guy sitting in Seat #2!!
