They now have some of the new tour merchandise available in the UK merchandise store, including the Larger Family T shirt, the bag, the tie pin and the key chain:

Hi. I have the Tourrings since the 2008-Wold-Tours.
But everytîme the Ring was onyl sold in Sterling-Silver (wich I later let be plated with Rhodium, so the Silver will not get "black" and it is a protection for sratches).
After this Rhodium-Plating, the Rings (or every other Silver-Jewellery) looks exactly like Withegold (because every Withgeold-Jewellery has to get rhodinied.
Without the Rhodium-Plating, the Whitegold would looks really grey... and that is really not very pretty).
But that's just a Info

In Fact: what I really want is the 2012- er Tourring in Yellow-Gold.
The size really doesn't matters, because the size can be changed by every Juwellery.
And the Yellow-Gold-Tourring is not a real "full" Gold-Ring: its a Sterling-Silver-Ring with a 7, 14 or 17, 18 or 24-Carat, 3 to 6 Mikron deep Yellwogold-Plate.
But this is absolutely ok, nou questions about it.

For a serious offer (can be a simple buying for a "normal" Price" via Paypal, or a Change from one ove my Sîlver-Tour-Rings:) please conatc me under

Many Thanks: Susanne + Uwe

When I bought the silver ring for my husband during the last tour, I asked about a gold one. They told me the gold one was not solid gold at all, but silver with some gold plating on it.

I remember reading somewhere that someone put it in their dishwasher and it cracked, so it probably isn't..

as it is a unique memento, I quickly yielded to temptation.

However, I do think that the cost for T-shirts etc was far too high.
£20-25 in London, if memory serves. This is nearly double to what
I would expect to pay.

If anyone is looking for a cheaper alternative, maybe not the
same range as there is on offer at the concert venues but some classic
designs nonetheless, check out this website:

Has anyone in the UK bought anything from this source?
The prices are a bargain compared to the current tee shirts (30 euros if I remember correctly  ). Some nice designs too. I wondered about the cost and time for shipping as they are priced in dollars and will come from the US. At only about 7 dollars each it is probably worth buying 2 for the same shipping cost :)

Hi Margaret - yes, I did last summer, it was cheap then but even cheaper now! Wow! I can't quite remember how long it took to arrive, a couple of weeks I think, but I was charged $10 for the shipping and I don't think I had to pay any customs duty (unlike when ordering the special edition Old Ideas from the official website). Looks like they're trying to offload the old tour merchandise... I might get a couple more things!

Thanks for your quick reply.

I've been checking for the value of goods before any import duties or VAT are charged when a parcel arrives, and it looks like it is now £15.00. So 2 tee shirts totalling $15 should not attract any more charges (apart from the shipping cost which seems to be $11 now).

Back to the website now to treat myself since I did not buy anything from the current tour merchandise :)

Hi Margaret,

Just picked this thread up again :)

I bought the Book of Mercy T-shirt, for a little over £11.00.

Really happy with purchase, took about 10 days to arrive to UK.

As you say, a bargain when compared with prices for current tour!

Hope you managed to get what you wanted :)
