Sorry to disappoint you BloodBrother. A song like Lover, Lover, Lover has been on the band setlists for a while. It made it to sound check and finally live performance. YEAH! 'Never Any Good' to date has not appeared anywhere, so chances are, it will not be performed. Not sure about 'Joan of Arc' (I also wish it would be, but at the loss of what other song  ).

See you in Barcelona!

Best regards,
Mary

EDIT - I'm soooooo glad 'The Gypsy's Wife' is back!

The above list for Budapest seems quite similar to tonight's set in Beograd - except we got "Hey that's no way to say goodbye" as well! (if I remember correctly, it was after "Famous blue raincoat")

A correction for Bratislava and Budapest setlists. Before Anthem, Leonard recited The Flood from Book of Longing. And I can prove it ;-)

Yeah... it's a pity... I would also love to hear Lady Midnight by the way, but I suppose it hasn't been performed either.

Anyway, I'll enjoy the concert for shure!

Cancel my previous reply! I looked at the setlist I made and I am almost completely certain (I wrote it down soon afterwards!) that Hey,That's No Way to Say Goodbye followed If It be Your Will .. so that the second encores were:
Famous Blue Raincoat
if It Be Your Will
Hey, That's No way to Say Goodbye
Closing Time

as I said ALMOST completely certain so, Maarten please try to get confirmation from someone!

Hello,

I send you the actual Set list for Belgrade, Arena, 02. September, 2009

Actual Set List for Belgrade, 02.09.2009

First Set (20:40)

Dance Me To The End Of Love
The Future
Ain't No Cure For Love
Bird On The Wire
Everybody Knows
In My Secret Life
Who By Fire
Lover Lover Lover
Waiting For The Miracle
Anthem (21:50)

Second Set (22:10)

Tower Of Song
Suzanne
Sisters Of Mercy
The Gypsy's Wife
The Partisan
Boogie Street
Hallelujah
I'm Your Man
Take This Waltz (23:10)

Encores

So Long, Marianne
First We Take Manhattan
---------------------------
Famous Blue Raincoat
If It Be Your Will
Hey, That's No Way To Say Goodbye
Closing Time
---------------------------
I Tried to Leave You
Whither Thou Goest (23:55)

It is a little different from the official Set list, which included "Hey, That's not The Way To Say Goodbye" in the first set of the concert.

The times are approximate; give or take 2-3 minutes.
i have visited lots of concerts, but I have never experienced such a massive, such a strong flood, overflow of emotions like that evening in Belgrade Arena. And it was going both ways: from the crowd to the stage and from the stage to the crowd. I was overwhelmed with love and beauty! I feel blessed for attending this concert! And I solemnly declare: Webb Sisters, I'm in love with you! Will you marry me? Or at least, adopt me? 8)

It was in Bratislava too.

I have written this down.
And I have the proof by Bluebell and Albert the cameraman :)

Hello,

I wanted to send the photo of the Official Set list for Belgrade, but something went wrong. Anyway, I made a little mistake in my previous pot. "Gypsy's wife" was intended to be played in he First set, but was moved in the Second set and "Hey, That's not way to say goodbye" was intended to be played in the Seconnd set, but was moved in the Encores. Couple of lines for the concert: Te audience welcomed Leonard Cohen with standing ovations. The whole Arena was standing and singing along during the complete Encores, for 45 minutes! I'm sure Mr. Cohen has not performed for a long tme in front of the audince who loved him sooooooo much!

Hi,
I have updated my list.
One question though: should I include the poem "The Flood" in the official setlist? And where was it recited then? (Bratislava, Budapest, Bucharest,...?)

Wow, The Gypsy Wife and Waiting for the Miracle. Previously he was choosing one of those two for the same position on the setlist.
