Big Chill photos

Post by howthelightgetsin »

Hey there folks,

I've just added 2 more photos to my Flickr page http://www.flickr.com/photos/takenby1/ from my set of Len pics at The Big Chill Festival. I hope you enjoy looking at them, they bring back such good memories each time I look at them :)

Hopefully I'll catch him again this year... all depends on cash though.

Hi Aymi. Reflecting back, The Big Chill was one of the best of the six LC gigs I saw last year, cos of the atmosphere there, which was amazing. Thanks for the reminder. I admire your extensive catalogue of compelling music photos. Btw, if you get to meet LC again this year to take his pic, don't shake;-)

Oh I doubt I'd be lucky enough to meet him again, still now in shock I did last August. :)

I found this shot of the sky when Leonard was on http://www.flickr.com/photos/2uk/2741943378/ I was happy to find it as I remember those beautiful colours when I walked from one side of the crowd to the other. Yes it was the atmosphere that I wanted to experience at that particular Leonard show, the chance to hear the crowd singing their hearts out.

Lovely sunset! I mostly missed the sky (and the bonfires, until we were all leaving) cos we were too close to the stage to see it properly. Looking at the pictures though - it was the perfect context for that evening.
