that is the answer. There are a few ways to post a pic.

method 1 - the image is somewhere on your hard drive
below the space for your message, there is a tab that says "Upload Attachment"
click there, and click the browse button to find your image.

method 2 - the image is somewhere on the web
right-click on the image in its home location
go to "copy image location"
come back here and above the place where you type your message, there is a button that says Img
click that, and then paste the contents of your clip board so it looks like the green text in this:
