FForgive me I ignored your recent surgery. I certainly hope your return to running is successful. But I must admit I was a bit concerning about what your health system put you through. Imagine them making you run after knee ops just so you can run after knee ops.
the running is my choice.

the health system insists I say "Irish wristwatch" 6 times or they will deliberately break both my knees and then force me to write haiku all day.[/quote

Did I not make a good double meaning joke (run after it to catch it.) Sorry.

Forgive my ignorance.

What is an 'irish wristwatch'?

Hope the knees are better.

not if he is laying on a bed. I was thinking of when leonard broke his knees and said that he found 18 things worth penetrating into. I have looked into them and they seem like diamonds to me. It was just a friendly wish to someone I don't know well. Maybe he is like leonard.
I broke my knees .......... I began really understanding that there were these eighteen steps and that they were a ladder and that these were a way of preparing yourself for the day if you really penetrated each of those paragraphs

Ah Jack, I was just continuing the thread from the last Haiku and I think the first line was ... conceptually....

Don't take it personally. Remember, it's all just fun from a bunch of scribblers.

I really liked your Leonard quote... I never read it before

Have caused all his pain -
poems with dodgy rhythm
laced with flat cat rhymes

Lion are you really running again and more importantly can you sit crossed legged on the floor?
You've motivated me. If you're running after only a couple months, I could certainly lace up my shoes and make it to the front door. I love to run but for whatever reason haven't been, I have no idea why because after the first 15/20 minuets it feels great and as I haven't given up my love for cookies it's probably a good idea.

p.s. - my haiku is allowed as I'm sure that my own dodgy rhythm has had him pulling his hair on more then a few occasions

listen, I only run to escape all the people chasing me

"come back and finish that Haiku, you bastard"

"come back and finish your breakfast, you bastard"

"come back and finish me, you bastard"

"come back and finish your Finnish lesson, you bastard"

I think your last line has the requisite 5, Grecian Man.

Forgive me – just cannot resist your last line

Tight lipped almost bound,
(in pleasure? For perfection?)
