Good Heavens, Johann, are we still on this?
Hmm, let me see, I'm denying having written that piece because I didn't write that piece. If you knew me better, you would know that when I say something and mean it, you can tell that I mean it by the way I say it. If I don't mean it, you can tell that, too. I'm pretty straightforward in that regard. Perhaps putting this in context will allow for some clarification.
The conceptual leap [someone else here has used that phrase, and it's one I've used for years myself, as it's something that seems to occur so often] you made regarding my use of the Edit function in order to add to my Post being "protesting too much" and, hence, further proof of my alleged authorship, was huge. The Edit function and I became buddies long ago [October 2001]. I use it for a number of reasons, including clarification or addition when I feel I haven't made the point, that I'd originally wanted to make, to my own satisfaction; giving a more comprehensive/complete answer; adding details that I realized afterward that I'd left out; adding additional thoughts; etc.
However, I've yet to use it to create or thicken a smoke screen of denial regarding something I did. It's simply not my style for relating to the world, and even though this Forum [and other arenas] constitutes a rather oddly unique, and in some cases, uniquely odd, corner of "my world," my style remains the same. By the way, attributing to Shakespeare didn't equal additional denial; I simply bypassed the issue, and made certain that at least with him, credit would be given where credit is due. [See? Here I go again, giving a serious reply.

As you know, you remain free to believe as you will, and that's okay. Your perceptions and beliefs neither determine my parameters, nor define my reality ~ nor mine yours. So, I guess that crystallizes into "Believe what you will....." It's all good.....
All good things,
