I totally agree with Holydove - Sylvies biography is undoubtedly the best. The Ira Nadel biography ' Various Positions ' is very well written , but finishes in the second half of the nineties. One of the Jim Devlin books , think it's In Every Style of Passion , is also enjoyable and worth a read if ...
