Re: Lissadell House seeks help naming Cohen Garden

in one of leonard's songs he sings 'myself, i long for love and light', so why not give him just that: a garden of love and light.

Re: Leonard's music in Anastasia, the NY musical (?)

Yes, that makes sense, because Kory and Cohen worked hand-in-glove. You got the money that LC wanted you to have. The omission of credit more than likely is on Sony. I will say this. Now that Leonard has left the body, the people he called Friends know he is just as he has always been, impeccable. ...

Re: Leonard's music in Anastasia, the NY musical (?)

It's a lovely video. Interesting that you got no credit, but then I am not surprised at anything that management does. Not just Leonard's management, but anyone's. I am glad you were amply compensated for what you did. And we all know what an honor it must have been to work any project of his. Love...

Re: Leonard's music in Anastasia, the NY musical (?)

>As far as I can see from Playbill, there is no credit to Leonard. Any comments?? i think it's a two-way street. i was told by leonard's management that i would get a credit for doing the camera work on his 'souvenir' promotional video. i was paid handsomely, but my name appeared neither on the vide...

Re: Let Us Compare Mythologies

I am surprised at your attitude, so-called Geoffrey - or did someone else compose your post? well, having the ability to surprise is a powerful weapon that should always be exploited when struggling to achieve results, it is the basis of the survival instinct. when elderly tourists hand over their ...

Re: the beauty of our weapons

I always felt that Leonard had a deep interest in the military and battle, which is not to say he was a raging pro-gun enthusiast, rather he understood the primeval instinct / human condition to fight / protect / raid. yes indeed, you are absolutely right, greg - and not for nothing did he earlier ...

Of course Leonard (as I think he said himself) was talking about musical "weapons" rather then the kind that bring slaughter and destruction.
right, and when he wrote "i will help you if i must, i'll kill you if i can" he was also talking about music, of course ;-)

Re: leonard's kindness

the only one in a crowd who doesn't stick out will always be noticed by everyone. in a room full of eccentrics a man's normality becomes eye catching. in an audience full of charismatics the unremarkable man is given the stage. this is why leonard loved me. i know there has been done much research, ...
