Re: EVENT POSTPONED

I am saddened by the news but it is the right decision and it was expected. I would prefer 2021, two years seems too long to wait. Postponements give us hope life will be normal again.

Yes, yes, yes Joy. Very much so.
It would make a brilliant song. Hoping for a new book soon too, it's been a long time.

I don't really want to be too far from the venue and a couple of friends are disabled when it comes to walking much distance...

Re: Manchester Meet Up

Booking a table is a good idea if enough people are interested. The pub looked fine to me. I presume any central pub would be busy on a Saturday evening but probably more so later in the evening.

Re: CONCERT REPORT: LONDON, JUNE 21, 02 ARENA

Agreed regarding the age of the crowd. It was particularly noticable if you were fortunate enough to be down at the front at the end. I seemed to be surrounded by 30 somethings! :D

Re: BRITISH TOUR

And that is what I meant too. If he isn't coming that's a shame, but I've been lucky enough to see him around 25 times. It would just be nice to know one way or the other & make other plans for the summer.

Re: BRITISH TOUR

I'm with you all the way Rhona. Whilst it does seem as if we are a bunch of UK whingers.......some days it really gets to me too! One of those days was last week when I gave up & booked a holiday. There are still gaps in the schedule in late June/ early July & that is now only 3 months away....
